December Desktop Wallpapers

I love the desktop wallpaper from the Shabby Princess, but I found another free one too. And since we have two computers, now we have two wallpapers. The first one is from the Shabby Princess. The second one is from Birgit Kerr at http://birgitkerr.blogspot.com/

Thanksgiving Last Year

A ScrapGirl friend of mine reminded me of what a sacrifice it is to be married to a public servant. Here's what we dealt with a year ago.

More Lamb Family Christmas

Lamb Family Christmas

Most of these pages are templates from Janet Phillips with Scrapbook Graphics. The kit is called Christmas Countdown from ScrapGirls and I think it goes well with the colors in the pages since almost everyone in my family seemed to be wearing blue last year.

My Christmas Shoes

This layout was made so easy with the freebie I got yesterday from the ScrapGirls newsletter. I think it really fits perfectly.

Christmas at the Lamb's 2007

On this first page, I used a template from Janet Phillips from Scrapbook Graphics & the free Holiday Sampler from the Shabby Princess.

I created the second page myself with the free Holiday sampler and the rest is a quickpage album from the Shabby Princess. I still have the kids' pages to do but I'm surprising myself at how fast these albums come together with the quickpages that I just had to share. So fast and CUTE!

Getting Ready for Christmas

These are quickpages from mbennett.

Diva in Training

This cute little cell phone was created by Valerie Randall for ScrapGirls & the paper is shabby princess.

I've Got Him Pinned!

I found this wonderful free little brush from Jessica Sprague today. It's for rounding corners digitally. Thanks Jessica!

Here's what I did with it.

Paper is Toast & Jam from the Shabby Princess.

Christmas 2007

This was a fun page to make because I relived some of last year's holiday memories with my family.

Black Friday Tradition

Every year I go holiday shopping with my mother and sister-in-law the day after Thanksgiving. We have so much fun. Each year we take turn giving out a little "care package" before we leave for shopping. This year it was my turn. I included things like toothpaste, toothbrush, lip gloss, gum, hand sanitizer, Bailey's Irish Cream (for our coffee in the morning), and a gag gift.

My SIL's gag gift was a huge fake diamond ring because she loves bling. My MIL's gag gift was a cane because the year before she was having trouble with her knees and joked about what we we're going to do with her if she ever can't walk on these trips. So I got her a walking cane. :) As usual, we had a great time, and I can't wait to go again this year.

These pages are QuickPages from the Holiday or Not Collection at the Shabby Shoppe.

My Little Cheerleader

The letters CHEER are the varsity letters from ScrapGirls. The 2008 is a brush from Katie Pertiet. I'm not sure who the papers are by...it was a freebie through 2 peas in a bucket, I believe. The initials were MCO.

Thankful for You

I was at my mom and dad's house today when I realized I hadn't finished their calendar from last year. I guess I got too busy before Christmas or I hadn't developed the pics....who knows? So today I worked on her calendar page and I think it turned out pretty nice. The papers and elements are from a digital kit called Indian Summer from Gotta Pixel. They had a great sale going on and I bought $36 worth of stuff for only $18. I got a ton of 4x6 quick pages that I can't wait to start using.
